The present invention is directed to compositions comprising an angiogenesis inhibitor coupled to a therapeutic or diagnostic agent. In a specific embodiment, the composition is a fusion gene or fusion gene product encoding the angiogenesis inhibitor coupled to a therapeutic or diagnostic agent.
