Abstract

1 . A method of modulating expression of a target gene in a cell comprising contacting an endogenous miRNA complementary to a portion of a promoter of the target gene with a single-stranded complementary oligonucleotide that hybridizes to the miRNA, thereby modulating expression of the target gene.
