Provided herein are methods of treating cancer comprising administering an EZH2 inhibitor which may be combined with an immune checkpoint inhibitor. Further provided herein are methods of depleting regulatory T cells (Tregs) in a subject comprising administering an EZH2 inhibitor to the subject.
