What is claimed is: 1 . A method of treating a cancer in a mammalian subject comprising administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of a PARP1 inhibitor and a receptor tyrosine kinase (RTK) inhibitor, wherein the RTK inhibitor is not a MET inhibitor. 2 . The method of claim 1 ,
