What is claimed is: 1 . A method of treating pain in a subject comprising administering to the subject one or more compounds selected from demeclocycline, chlortetracycline, and derivatives thereof. 2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein demeclocycline is administered to the subject. 3 . The method of
