Gene signature and prediction of lung cancer response to adjuvant chemotherapy

Abstract

Provided herein is a 7-genes signature, an algorithm to evaluate a patient's risk score, and methods of use thereof. The methods provided herein include methods of use of a risk score to predict lung cancer patient survival and lung cancer patient likelihood to respond to adjuvant chemotherapy.
