Abstract

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention is directed toward an improved catheter introducer needle for continuous perineural infusion allowing the introduction of a catheter into a body at a deflection angle in the range of 30-75° from the axis of the needle.
